Council authorizes city administrator to finalize new TPA and PBM contracts; reviews Forum Plaza CID budget

Separately, Butz presented the Forum Plaza Community Improvement District proposed budget for council review; statutory requirements call for Council review before the CID board acts, but no formal Council action was required or recorded on June 16. Butz and Mayor Magdits serve as two of the five CID board representatives.
