Joan Harris moved to adopt the minutes from the June 4 meeting of the ACC; the motion was seconded and members present voted 'aye.' The chair declared the minutes approved.
After returning from the closed session, the chair reminded members that the next meeting will be July 10, 2026, at noon in the Historic Courthouse and by Webex and noted the committee will not meet on July 3 because of the July 4 holiday observation. Joan Harris then moved to adjourn until July 10 at noon; the motion was seconded and carried with members answering 'aye.' The chair adjourned the meeting.
