The action came during a special meeting called to order at 05:30 p.m. by the president, who led roll call and the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call recorded Mister Bowers, Missus Ross, Missus Garcia, Mister Conchio and the president as present.
The board's adoption of the agenda and the approval of the FY2024 annual financial report were each carried by unanimous votes. After the financial report was accepted and Miss Salazar's presentation concluded, a board member moved to adjourn; the motion was seconded and approved, and the meeting ended.
