Richard moved to approve the purchase and to authorize the town manager to choose the most favorable financing option; the motion specified a purchase of $93,655.22 to cover the vehicle and necessary police customization and passed unanimously.
Board members noted customization and final purchase costs and thanked staff for securing a lower bid. The town treasurer and manager will complete financing and procurement paperwork; the vehicle will enter service after outfitting.
