"Guys are working I got several guys working for different certifications in sewer and water," staff member (speaker 3) said.
Staff also reported that former utility board member Steve Eaton has moved back into the city and indicated he would like to rejoin the board: "Steve Eaton... he has moved back into the city. So he expressed answers if, if we ever have it open, he'd like to come back on utility board," staff member (speaker 3) said.
