Staff noted the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval on April 14. Council moved, seconded and approved the rezoning ordinance for Forest Park Phase 3.
The action reclassifies the subject acreage to single-family residential and resolves prior access concerns, according to the staff report.
