Earlier in the meeting, Clerk Briggs-Dudley moved, with support from Treasurer Hoppes, that Briggs-Dudley chair the special meeting; that motion carried. Treasurer Hoppes then moved, supported by Trustee Currie, to approve the agenda as presented; that motion also carried.
The meeting concluded at 8:33 p.m. after a motion by Treasurer Hoppes, supported by Trustee Currie, to adjourn.
