Eagle Township adopted an ordinance amendment to its Interim Zoning Ordinance on Feb. 17, voting unanimously to approve Resolution 02-17-2026-05. Clerk Laurie Briggs-Dudley made the motion, supported by Treasurer Chelsea Hoppes; roll-call votes recorded all members present in favor.
Trustee Rob Currie reported the Planning Commission is finishing a section-by-section review of the IZO and will assemble a redline version for review. The minutes note McKenna proposed fees to allow pre-application meetings with applicants, which the Planning Commission and board will consider as part of the zoning updates.
