Palmetto Bay to reimburse pet adoption fees, Councilwoman Marcia Matson says

Councilwoman Marcia Matson announced that Palmetto Bay will reimburse adoption fees for village residents who adopt animals from Miami‑Dade County shelters or partner agencies. "The village will reimburse you for your adoption costs," Matson said, urging residents to consider adopting.

Matson, speaking with her new family addition Beau, described the program as an effort to connect dogs and cats with ready families.
