Chair (S1) moved to take multiple appeals together and to affirm the planning commission's grant of the fill permit, citing the written record and municipal rules on fill permits; after a voice vote the motion carried. A staff member (S3) had earlier reminded the board that it had authority to affirm, modify or reverse the planning commission decision and that its orders would be communicated in writing to appellants.

On an unsafe-building matter at 300 West Old Bridge Road, an agency official (S4) reported that the property owner, Mr. Cox, had submitted planning paperwork for a one-lot subdivision and planned to demolish the structure upon that approval; the board set the unsafe-building hearing over to April 15 to allow the planning commission process to proceed.
