At its April 29 meeting the Lynnfield Planning Board recorded the following formal actions (all votes were 4‑0 unless noted):
• Re‑elected officers: Page Wilkins as Chair (motion by Brian Charville, seconded by Amy MacNulty); Amy MacNulty as Vice Chair (motion by Page Wilkins, seconded by Brian Charville); Edward Champy as Clerk (motion by Page Wilkins, seconded by Brian Charville).
• Endorsed an Approval Not Required plan to swap property lines between 5 Bryant Street and 40 Chestnut Street after homeowner Robert Berman said fences were encroaching; motion to endorse by Brian Charville, seconded by Edward Champy, carried 4‑0.
• Allowed the issuance of 16 Certificates of Occupancy for Willis Woods (including the clubhouse) until Sept. 15 while the town evaluates long‑term traffic‑calming options; motion by Vice Chair Amy MacNulty, seconded by Brian Charville, carried 4‑0.
• Voted not to oppose ZBA Case #26‑5 (950–952 Salem Street special permit for change of nonconforming use). Motion by Brian Charville, seconded by Amy MacNulty, carried 4‑0.
• Approved the January 29, 2026 meeting minutes (motion by Chair Page Wilkins, seconded by Vice Chair Amy MacNulty) and later voted to adjourn (motion by Vice Chair Amy MacNulty, seconded by Clerk Edward Champy).
