At its March 9 meeting the Village of Walworth Board administered an oath to Melissa Kudingo as Deputy Clerk/Treasurer and approved officers for both the Police Department and the Fire/Rescue Department.
Clerk/Treasurer Kellie Thelen swore in Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Melissa Kudingo. Police Chief Ryan Milligan introduced his officers to the board; the board moved the agenda to address officer approvals under Village Ordinance 5-2-1(f) and recorded approval by motion. Fire/Rescue Chief Mike Kahl introduced Fire/Rescue officers and the board approved them; the minutes state all officers were sworn in following approval.
The board also approved a motion to present a recognition of years of service to former Fire/Rescue Chief David Austin. No public comments were recorded during the meeting.
