Board approves routine business, liquor picnic permits and multiple operator licenses
Summary

The board then approved the minutes of the July 9, 2024 meeting on a motion by A. Werner, seconded by T. Swope. Clerk Kris Oakes presented routine communications including the delinquent account list and the annual calendar.
On licensing, the board approved temporary picnic liquor licenses for Trail Twisters and the TOL Fire Department. Committee member A. Werner moved to approve operator licenses after staff confirmed completed applications; M. Rezin seconded and the motion carried. On financial matters, the board authorized payment to TEC for the Zeda Street project (motion by A. Werner, second by T. Swope) and approved payment of other bills and transfers (motion by T. The board entered closed session at 9:09 p.m. and returned at 9:59 p.m.; the minutes state there was no action resulting from the closed session. The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m. on a motion by A. Werner, seconded by T. Swope.
