President Jason Krultz called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. Trustees present were Jason Krultz, Alana Werner, Terri Swope, Mickey Rezin and Peter Malinger; Nicki Zellmer served as treasurer and acting clerk. Mickey Rezin moved to approve the agenda, and Alana Werner seconded; the motion carried. Later, Werner moved to approve the Sept. 10 minutes, seconded by Peter Malinger; that motion carried as well.
Trustee Terri Swope moved to transfer funds and pay bills; Alana Werner seconded and the board carried the motion. The meeting minutes note that the board may convene into closed session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) to consider personnel matters, but the minutes record no action taken from any closed session.
The board adjourned at 8:19 p.m. following a motion by Swope and a second by Werner.
What happens next: The board recorded several follow-ups earlier in the agenda — including permit follow-ups and a rezoning petition to be referred to planning and zoning — and those items are expected to be handled by staff or the appropriate committee at future meetings.
