Owner proposes subdivision or sale options for 6915 Main Street; town to continue talks

Belzner said the town previously had discussions with a prior owner and that the town needs to determine how to proceed concerning an existing water/sewer line agreement tied to the prior owner.
Commissioners did not make a decision at the meeting and said they would continue discussions with Belzner and review the water/sewer line agreement and potential easement impacts. No vote or financial commitment was recorded in the minutes.
