The Queenstown Planning Commission granted conditional approval for the Wheatlands development record plats for Phase I and Phase II at the April 9 meeting, contingent on an approved PWA, according to the Planning Commission report to the commissioners. The Planning Commission’s approval included easement relief on a couple of end townhouse lots. Phase I was reported to include 109 residences.
Separately, the town attorney is finalizing a purchase agreement for the property at 6915 Main Street; the attorney is preparing documents for commissioner review, the clerk reported.
Commissioners did not take further action on the plats at the meeting; the Planning Commission’s conditional approval moves the proposals forward pending the PWA and any additional permitting or administrative steps.
