DRC reports net‑zero housing, bank branch and restaurant renderings coming to Riverdale

Richter also said the DRC received a new rendering from Dave's Hot Chicken that incorporates Riverdale elements; opinions on the proposal varied and he presented the visuals for council review.
Next steps: projects with zoning or access implications will return for formal review and possible public hearings when applicants file detailed zoning applications and staff prepare necessary reports.
