The Reidville Town Council unanimously approved meeting minutes from December, accepted the town’s December 2025 financial report and confirmed several board appointments at its meeting at Reidville Presbyterian Church.
Councilmember James Richard moved, and Amy Gore seconded, approval of the public hearing minutes from Dec. 9 and the special called minutes from Dec. 22; both motions passed unanimously. The council also voted to accept the December 2025 Financial Report. James Richard provided an update on the Local Government Investment Pool (LGIP); the minutes record no specific figures.
The council appointed Colton Sibley to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC); Town Administrator Christine McKaba administered the oath of office to newly appointed Planning Board members Lee Mehaffey and Steven Termini and confirmed that Brandon Nelson had recently been appointed to the ARC. Justin Beardsley participated by telephone; Mayor Josh Simpson was absent. Fifteen members of the public attended.
