Staff said they had identified funding for ongoing operations and maintenance and did not anticipate city capital outlay for initial construction. Deputies said the project would be a modest enhancement to trail connectivity and community education.
Deputy Mayor Cade Resnick moved to approve the naming rights and sponsorship agreements; Commissioner Victoria Bruce seconded and the vote was unanimous.
