Commissioner Garber moved and Commissioner Johnson seconded approval of the Invoice Edit Reports and payroll batch, including wire transfers, ACH and EFTs, and the board authorized warrants to cover a total of $5,085,929.62. The roll-call vote recorded four yeas (Commissioners Holzhausen, Johnson, Garber and Chairman Brodeur) and no nays.
The board approved renewal of a contract with Shiawassee Regional Service District for school nurse services in an amount not to exceed $1,170,000 and authorized the board chair to execute the agreement.
