The project timing, if funded, would be during the 2026–2027 fiscal year.
Trustee Colburn moved to approve Resolution No. 25‑0609 for a $50,600 Category B grant application; Trustee McParland supported the motion. The roll call vote was unanimous (Colburn, Griswold, Kanine, McParland, Moore, Pierce, Guild). Borden said staff will proceed with the application process and return to council with updates if the village is awarded funding.
