Trustees voted unanimously to accept the Director’s Report after staff revised the report for clarity. Melissa Connolly moved to approve the Library Annual Report 2025, which the committee approved unanimously; the report includes a note that 2024 library visits included patrons coming during early voting periods.
During the financial review for February 2026, trustees noted a negative Workers' Compensation line item; Library Director Julie Schaefer said she will investigate the discrepancy. Trustees also recorded that funds for the new Equinox were encumbered from the capital vehicle account, and that Shaw-related expenditures will draw on the Donation account first and then the Building Capital Improvement account.
Jura Kaupas moved to approve the financial status report and Bill Lambert seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
