Board Member Betsy Camarra moved to approve the site plan and Board Member Terri Easterly seconded; the motion passed with four ayes and one absence (Roberta Thomas). During discussion the board included a one-year provision under which the applicant must return to the board if work is not started or completed within one year.
The decision completes the board-level site-plan step; any required permits or other administrative steps were not detailed at the meeting. The board did not record any public objections during the hearing. The board adjourned at 4:23 p.m.
