She asked for approval and permission for the judge to sign; the court approved the request on motion by Commissioner Gillespie and seconded by Commissioner Pavelic.
Clerk Carrasco did not read the full agreement into the record; she said the item "just now came in" and requested approval to proceed. The court recorded the motion as carried.
