The board moved to declare the Planning Board lead agency for environmental review of the temporary unit and scheduled a public hearing for May 6, 2025; the clerk will advertise the hearing.
No approval or expiration term was finalized at the meeting; the applicant indicated the need could continue for roughly a year or longer, and the board set the public hearing as the next formal step.
