Clerk-Treasurer Smith presented the January check registry at the Feb. 3 meeting. Harrison moved to approve the check register; R. Thomas seconded and the roll call was recorded as carried.
Harrison then moved to pay presented bills to Spicer ($9,626.75) and BS&A Software ($2,639.00); R. Thomas seconded and a roll-call vote recorded R. Thomas, Harrison and K. Young voting yes and the motion carried. Separately, R. Thomas moved to reimburse Smith at $0.72 per mile for BS&A training; Harrison seconded and the motion was recorded as carried.
Trustees set a budget hearing for March 2, 2026 at 6:15 p.m., with the regular March meeting to follow at 6:30 p.m. The minutes show routine procedural motions to approve prior meeting minutes and the meeting agenda were also approved at the start of the session.
