Harwood engineer readies sewer replacement project; mayor signs SRF questionnaire

During the Engineer’s Agenda at the Oct. 6 meeting, City Engineer Andrew Aakre reported that the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality is soliciting projects to place on its Project Priority List under the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF).
The council discussed a previously submitted sewer replacement project for the Ted Avenue and Wally Street area. An updated SRF questionnaire for Harwood was prepared and signed by Mayor Blake Hankey for submittal to the ND Department of Environmental Quality.
The engineer also reported that the schedule for the north water main loop remained unchanged.
