The Salisbury Planning and Zoning Commission on Jan. 6, 2026 opened and then continued the public hearing on application #2025-0306, a special-permit request under Section 208 for a detached apartment at 100 Interlaken Road.
Secretary Bob Riva read the call to open the hearing and property owners Dana and Frederick Rohn presented their application. Commission members discussed the completeness of the submittal and noted that Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission (IWWC) approval was still pending. No members of the public spoke on the application during the hearing.
Vice Chair Allen Cockerline moved to continue the hearing to Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026, at 5:45 p.m. via Zoom; the motion was seconded by Secretary Bob Riva and approved 5-0-0. The continued hearing will allow the applicant time to address completeness questions and to present any additional materials after the IWWC makes its determination.
