“We're working to create content that explains and educates citizens on how city services work and how things here in Panama City get done,” the agency official said, describing plans for videos that go beyond status updates to show residents how to use city services.
The official said planned topics include practical walk-throughs — for example, how someone opens a business and how development projects move from start to finish — and features highlighting programs and services available to the community. “As we continue to grow as a city, we want our videos to do more than just provide updates,” the official said.
Officials asked residents for input on what topics they would like to see. “We'd really love your feedback. So what topics do you want to hear?” the agency official said, and directed people to leave comments or send email to infopanamacity.gov.
The communications team said the refreshed, educational content is expected to start next month. The announcement did not specify exact launch dates or a schedule for resuming the paused programs.
