Shortly afterward, Wolf moved, with Schultz seconding, to adjourn to closed session under the statutory exception cited above; the motion carried by roll call vote. The minutes record the board met in closed session from that point until 6:00 p.m., but they do not disclose the substance of the closed-session discussion or any decisions made there.
At 6:00 p.m. the board reconvened in open session on a motion by Jennelle Wolf, seconded by Joan Ford; that motion also carried by roll call vote. The minutes state that there were no decisions to report following reconvening. Immediately after reconvening, Wolf moved, seconded by Ford, to adjourn the meeting; the motion carried.
