The Town Board of Little Falls on Aug. 12 approved a series of routine and personnel actions.
Reappointment and resignations: The board adopted Resolution #67 reappointing Susan Meeker as Town Assessor for a six-year term effective Oct. 1, 2025 through Sept. 30, 2031 (motion by Supervisor Dan Casler, seconded by Councilman Anthony Viscomi; roll call: Casler Aye, Viscomi Aye, Schwasnick Aye). The board accepted the resignation of Codes Enforcer Phil Green, effective Dec. 31, 2025, by adopting Resolution #68 (moved by Councilman Viscomi, seconded by Councilman Schwasnick). The board also accepted the resignation of Health Officer Laurie Harper effective Aug. 12, 2025 and directed Clerk Sandra Regan to send a letter of appreciation (Resolution #69).
Technology and records: Supervisor Casler reported a quote from Rob Stapf of CCNY TECH for computer and phone upgrades; the board adopted Resolution #70 authorizing upgrades at a cost not to exceed $4,000 (motion by Supervisor Casler, seconded by Councilman Mitch Soules). Councilmen Schwasnick and Soules audited the Town Clerk’s records for 2023 and 2024 and the board adopted Resolution #71 accepting those records as correct.
Payments: The board adopted Resolution #72 to pay General Bills #80-91 totaling $2,081.12 and Resolution #73 to pay Highway Bills #112-127 totaling $25,302.30.
