Treasurer Betty Anderson presented the town’s financial summary, saying the balance as of March 31, 2026 was $471,384.23, with $150,399.85 in expenses and an ending balance of $323,398.16. During discussion on old business, board members noted that $282,000 was available to allocate to road projects this year.
Supervisors reviewed estimates for work on multiple roads and identified Risum Road and Lang Road as the top priorities for 2026. The board noted that disaster-relief estimates from the Department of Public Works and related cost estimates are underway and that DPW will coordinate next steps.
The board did not vote on a specific construction contract at the meeting; members instructed staff and DPW to proceed with obtaining final cost estimates and to report back.
