(SEG 013–014) - Approve Triangle Park and Division Street curb/gutter estimate (Motion: Everroad/Krueger). Amount: $22,543.70. Outcome: Passed by roll call (8–0). (SEG 016–017) - Approve John Deere 1575 mower trade-in with Tractor Central, $22,726.51 (Motion: Lake/Parker). Outcome: Passed. (SEG 018) - Emerald Ash Trees Treatment Plan for 5 trees (Motion: Everroad/Dunn). Outcome: Failed on a 4–4 tie. (SEG 019) - Approve Jack Pines Savage Days street/lot closure, July 30–Aug 3, 2025 (Motion: Everroad/Krueger). Outcome: Passed. (SEG 020) - Approve Park permit for Rolling Hills Snowmobile & ATV Club, Aug 23, 2025 (Motion: Parker/Dohm). Outcome: Passed. (SEG 021) - Accept May 2025 financial report (Motion: Dohm/Lake). Outcome: Passed. (SEG 022–023) - Adjourn (Motion: Parker/Dohm). Outcome: Passed; meeting adjourned at 5:46 p.m. (SEG 026)
Where vote tallies were recorded in the minutes they are noted above; roll-call tallies recorded an 8–0 approval for the curb/gutter estimate and a 4–4 tie on the ash-tree treatment motion.
