Town Board approves audit, several hires and infrastructure studies in consent actions

Town engineer Patrick J. Hines reported that Matrix Logistics Center has completed roadway improvements and requested release of remaining security for PB #20-17; the board approved security relief reducing the remaining security to $213,060. Hines also presented a $21,500 proposal from Tectonic Engineers for a geotechnical investigation of River Road near the power plant; funding for the study will be reimbursed by NYC DEP contract DEL 480 and the board approved the proposal.
