Town rescinds chemical bid to Klenzoid, awards polyorthophosphate contract to Shannon Chemical

The Board rescinded the Klenzoid award and approved awarding the polyorthophosphate contract to the next lowest bidder meeting specifications, Shannon Chemical Corp., at $2.17 per pound. Motions to rescind and to award were approved by roll-call votes of 4–0 (Supervisor absent).
