Mayor Nathan Brown told the council on Jan. 13 that an RFP would be made available for renovations to City Hall and that the work is unbudgeted. He said staff will receive and vet proposals before the Council considers any funding or approval decisions.
Julie Martorana, the City Administrator, reviewed the FY2027 budget timeline and described the staff process and schedule for preparing budget proposals for council consideration. The minutes do not include exact dates or deadlines from the budget timeline beyond the general review at the meeting.
