Commissioner Rob Schmid moved, and Commissioner John Dukelow seconded, to return to open session at 3:27 p.m.; the roll call vote was unanimous. The minutes record no public action taken on matters discussed during the closed session. The meeting was adjourned at 3:37 p.m. on a motion from John Dukelow, seconded by Ken Vlasak.
