Residents press Shorewood Hills trustees for Lodgic P&L and apology; call for governance fixes

Peter Hans thanked the Board for holding the special meeting and asked that the Board create an ad hoc governance committee as soon as possible.
Other speakers raised related concerns: Fred Wade objected to a Dec. 16 closed session, Craig Weinhold questioned hiring IT consultants to review emails and suggested alternative ways to handle records requests, and Marilyn Townsend raised concerns about open records and the presence of police at meetings. Trustees did not respond during the public comment period, and no P&L documents were provided during the special meeting.
