Ritter lot ad drew trustee concern after no minimum price was listed

Trustees noted the adjacent lot owner is a possible buyer and that a tiny home or modular home could fit the parcel, subject to tight timelines for completion and any zoning review.
The board expects the bid opening to occur at a July 21 board meeting, with the sale discussion to take place in executive session, according to the minutes. No final sale decision was made June 30.
