Lebanon forms feasibility subcommittee to study municipal building and police department expansion

The Township Committee on March 11 authorized a subcommittee to study renovation or expansion options for the Municipal Building, including possible police-department expansion, and to prepare next steps and cost estimates.
The Subcommittee members named were Committee members Tom McKee and Rich Webb, Police Chief Jason Cronce, DPW Supervisor Warren Gabriel and Township Clerk Carolynn Budd. Mr. Wojcik asked for and received unanimous Committee approval to form the group; Mr. McKee and Mr. Webb agreed to gather estimates and report back for Committee consideration.
The subcommittee will evaluate alternatives including an addition, reconfiguration, or relocation of police functions and will work with Clerk Budd on scheduling and procurement of necessary studies and estimates.
