The Township Committee on March 11 voted to table Resolution No. 52-2026, a proposed shared-services agreement to provide mowing, snow plowing, salting, pothole repairs and equipment loaning to the Lebanon Township School District for an annual payment of $23,560, because the actual contract was not attached for review.
Committee member Beverly Koehler identified the missing contract attachment and asked that the resolution be tabled so members could review the document; the motion to table was adopted unanimously. The resolution will be revisited at the Committee’s April 8 meeting when the agreement is expected to be available for review and consideration.
The resolution as drafted would have required execution by both bodies and compliance with the Uniform Shared Services and Consolidation Act.
