At the Feb. 9 meeting staff provided a brief update on current development projects around Farmington.
Mr. Weber reported that Famous Hamburgers and a Domino’s have opened in the downtown shopping area, and a new AAA office opened on the west side of town. Larger projects continue to move forward: Hillside Towns is progressing, Legion Square shows active work, and the Rustic Pub conversion and Castle Dental project are advancing through property-combination steps and preliminary building-plan reviews.
On Castle Dental, Mr. Weber said the project team is working through logistics and will likely submit a revised plan in the near future. Commissioners had no objections and accepted the update.
