Colmar Manor councilor Jenkins announces immediate resignation

Mayor Monica and fellow council members expressed regret and appreciation. "I'm really sorry to hear that," the mayor said, thanking Jenkins for their service and offering support. Councilors noted Jenkins’ contributions to the town and said they looked forward to hearing about Jenkins’ continued volunteer work.
