Council approves Toll Mid Atlantic conditional use and land development plans

Horsham Township Council approved two items related to Toll Mid Atlantic LP’s property at 1336 Limekiln Pike: a conditional use application and a preliminary/final land-development plan.
Dave (staff) told council the conditional use matter, which had been the subject of an Aug. 13 hearing, was ready for a decision and that an adjudication had been drafted for council action. A council member moved to approve the conditional use application (25-08-CU); the motion passed on roll-call vote and the township will provide the written decision to the applicant.
Separately, council considered a land-development plan for the same property (25-05-D). Staff reported the Horsham Planning Commission had recommended approval and the applicant agreed to conditions detailed in the staff review. Council moved to grant preliminary/final approval with those conditions; the motion passed unanimously.
Staff said they will prepare written documents reflecting the approvals and conditions for the applicant and record the appropriate decisions with township files.
