Wiseburn board honors retirees and employees of the year

Karen Chapconay received the district's Engage, Empower, Elevate Award for her preschool enrichment work; other honors included speech‑language pathologist Maya Figueroa and BCBA Brandon Herrera recognized by parents via the CAC award.
Superintendent Dr. Blake Silvers and trustees offered thanks and applause for honorees and retirees; the board recessed briefly afterward to take photos and celebrate.
