The Salisbury Planning and Zoning Commission continued the public hearing on application #2025-0306 for 100 Interlaken Road, which requests a special permit to allow a detached apartment on a single‑family residential lot (Section 208). Land Use Technical Specialist Miles Todaro explained that the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission had not yet acted on the project; the lack of IWWC approval was cited as the reason to continue the hearing.
Vice Chair Allen Cockerline moved to continue the hearing to Feb. 2, 2026 at 5:45 p.m. via Zoom; Secretary Bob Riva seconded. The motion passed 5-0-0.
No substantive action on the merits of the application was taken at this meeting; the Commission will reconvene the public hearing on the new date after the outstanding IWWC approval is obtained.
