Commission schedules public hearing for vertical expansion at 120 Wells Hill Road

The Salisbury Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed application #2026-307 from property owners Joseph Edward Costa and Elyse Catherine Nelson for a special permit to permit vertical expansion of a nonconforming residential building at 120 Wells Hill Road (Section 503.2).
Commissioners examined the submitted materials and found the application complete enough to set a public hearing. Vice Chair Allen Cockerline moved to schedule the hearing for Feb. 17, 2026 at 5:45 p.m. via Zoom; Dr. Danella Schiffer seconded. The motion passed 5-0-0.
The scheduled public hearing will allow abutters and other members of the public to comment before the Commission makes a final determination on the special permit application.
