The Merrimac Board of Assessors met on March 9, 2026, at Merrimac Town Hall. The minutes record the meeting as called to order at 4:04 p.m. and adjourned at 4:35 p.m. Present were Gena Sinibaldi, Daniel Domings, Heather Roche and Madison Fortier; Susan Searle is recorded in the minutes as absent.
Board members approved and signed the minutes from the Feb. 18, 2026 meeting and approved and signed warrants. The board approved and signed motor vehicle excise abatement applications and initialed 3ABC exemption applications; the minutes do not define “3ABC.”
Heather Roche, a board member, provided an office activity update saying that LA3 filings, permits, cyclicals and supplementals are "in motion" and that MIMAP adjustments are set to begin soon. The minutes do not provide additional technical details or timelines for the MIMAP work.
The meeting moved into executive session under the Massachusetts open-meeting law citation MGL c.30A, §21.
