At the end of its Aug. 25 session, the Putnam Valley Planning Board approved two extension requests, voted to approve the Aug. 11 meeting minutes and confirmed there will be a single planning-board meeting in September on Sept. 15.
Board members discussed extension limits and said that after a certain number of extensions applicants must provide a written justification of hardship to staff before an automatic extension is granted. The motions to grant the extensions carried on voice votes. The board then voted to approve the minutes from Aug. 11 and adjourned.
