ADA transition plan: Council adopted the citys 2026 ADA transition plan, which includes WCAG 2 website compliance, a Tri Community Center master plan for renovations, sidewalk assessments and future accessible-parking and signage improvements; staff said adoption is a planning recommendation and any budgetary commitments would return to council.
Subdivisions and second readings: Council approved final plats for two Lake Forest items (a 4-lot subdivision and Lake Forest Cove Section 1 creating 34 lots) during second readings with roll-call votes recorded as yes from members present.
